Yoga for Kids
We bring yoga to kids aged 3 to 12 right at their schools in Cape Town! Our onsite extra mural classes are all about fun, creativity, and mindfulness, helping little ones develop strength, flexibility, and focus while fostering a sense of calm and connection. Through playful poses and engaging activities, we aim to empower kids to express themselves and manage their emotions.

Yoga for Athletes
Boost your athletic performance and recovery with yoga tailored specifically for athletes.
